Telenet contact center solutions immediately available as on-premise software or hosted Software as a Service using Voxeo Prophecy and VoiceObjects platforms
Cologne and Munich, February 10, 2010 — Voxeo, the leading provider of unlocked communications, and Telenet, a leading specialist in voice and contact center solutions have signed a strategic Value Added Reseller (VAR) agreement. Telenet will deliver its solutions on Voxeo’s Prophecy and VoiceObjects Unified Self Service platforms using Voxeo on-demand hosting, on-premise software, or in hybrid combinations of both. These options allow Telenet customers world-wide to use hosting for both unexpectedly high call volumes and for disaster recovery.
More and more enterprises select flexible, on-demand SaaS solutions for IVR as a cost-effective alternative to in-house installations. By doing so they minimize upfront investment in hardware infrastructure and software licenses while at the same time benefiting from on-demand scalability when peaks occur.
